China tainted milk crisis triggers global recalls (AP)
Wednesday, 09.24.2008, 08:58pm

A Chinese mother breastfeeds her baby at the Children's hospital in Beijing Monday, Sept. 22, 2008. The United Nations Development Program says exclusive breastfeeding rates in China at four months declined to 48 percent in urban areas and 60 percent in rural areas in 2004, the most recent year for which national statistics were available.
